SHIPPING POLICY
1. Delivery Times
The total time required to receive your order is divided into two main stages:
Processing time: 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday
This includes order confirmation, any necessary checks, quality control, packaging and preparation for dispatch.
Delivery time: 7–12 business days
This is the estimated time required for the parcel to arrive from our fulfilment centre to your delivery address.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations or high shipping volumes.
2. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase amount required.
3. Incorrect Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address provided at checkout is correct and complete.
To help with delivery, we also recommend providing a telephone number.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping the order will be the customer’s responsibility.
